WHAT DOES CCI 209 MAGNUM PRIMERS IN STOCK MEAN?

I bought a plain optima, not an elite, about six-7yrs in the past. I tried numerous models of primers in it. I could about 6 rounds in the regular CCIs or Gain magnums after which you can the primers would get packed in with carbon. They had been very difficult to extract! With most other brand names two-3 pictures would demand tools to acquire the
